Quantum started in 2011 as a management consulting and training agency aimed at helping business owners align strategy and practice, strengthen their brand, manage change, improve communication and relationships with employees. In a short time, the need for a coaching approach was very present and as a result, Daniela Rusu, founder and consultant, trained and got certified as a Co-Active Coach by one of the oldest and most prestigious coaching schools in the world: The Co-Active Training Institute.

From 2014 onwards, Quantum became more than a consulting agency, with new programs and two models for leadership development and collective intelligence in teams, born from a heartfelt drive to inspire and evoke transformation, alignment and meaning in people's personal and professional lives.

Our passion for leadership and personal development, and for human evolution led us to keep on learning, building and delivering exciting and energising sessions that reach people's minds and hearts, re-activate their power within and their ability to create and embrace positive change.

We partner with agencies and other coaches, trainers and consultants who are fuelled by the same values and vision to bring humanity back in business and boardrooms everywhere.
