The Coaching Journey


Step 1

 Scoping & Coach Selection

During the initial call, you will speak with one of Quantum's senior coaches to determine what are your initial thoughts and needs.

You may already have in mind a coach to work with, or you may want to have one or two chemistry calls to select the coach that is best for you. 

As coaches, we are not attached to your selection, as we hold your best interest at heart. 

Step 2

Discovery

In this important step we mine the intelligence necessary for the coach and client to better understand the client's profile and determine developmental objectives:  strengths, reactive and sabotaging patterns, thinking patterns, feedback from peers, collaborators and bosses, etc. 

The client and coach will determine which assessment instruments are best suited for each coaching journey and client. The base assessment is CliftonStrengths and it could be paired with a 360 of client's choice.

As per client's wish, a tripartite session with the line manager may be scheduled to get the feedback and support needed.

Step 3

Journey

Based on your needs and objectives, your coaching journey may include six to 10 sessions, or more. The lenght and frequency of your sessions are co-designed between client and coach. Typically, each session lasts 60min and are scheduled every two or three weeks. 

Each session is based on the client's agenda and it aims to reach the objectives and goals established at the beginning of the journey.

Between sessions, the client is asked to keep a journal, reflect on certain questions and points, take certain actions that will deepen the learning and insights from the coaching session.

Step 4

Follow-Up

Six months to a year after the completion of your coaching journey, we offer you a complementary 30min call to touch base and discuss the shifts you noticed, the tools you practiced and the impact you had on your own life and your relationships with others. 

The follow-up may include, as designed, a post-coaching evaluation and a feedback tripartite with your line manager.
